  • Billing Cycle: Payment terms, including billing cycles and renewal policies, will be communicated separately and are subject to change.

6. Termination

These Terms, along with any other legal notices or agreements published by Square One Payroll on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Square One Payroll regarding the use of our Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and Square One Payroll regarding your use of the Services.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition in these Terms shall be considered a continuing waiver or a waiver of any other term, and any failure by Square One Payroll to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
